Cancellations — No charge. We'll happily reschedule you at the next available time.
No-shows — If your Personal Detailer arrives and you are unreachable or access to the vehicle is unavailable, the service will be cancelled and you will be notified accordingly.
Weather — In the event of rain, severe wind, or extreme temperatures that would affect service quality, Slickly reserves the right to reschedule at no charge to the client. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.
Water & Electricity — Client must confirm access to an outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet before booking. Arrival without confirmed access will be treated as a no-show and may require rescheduling.
